FORK presents the 3rd International Food Design and Food Studies Conference, Experiencing Food, Designing the Future of Food, in May 2022. The third international conference will be organized by FORK with the partnership of CEAUL – School of Arts and Humanities, Universidade de Lisboa; CIAUD – Research Center for Architecture, Urbanism and Design, Lisbon School of Architecture, Universidade de Lisboa; ELISAVA, Escola Universitària de Barcelona; Estoril Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies (ESHTE), and ESTG-IPP, School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre. Soon we will release the call for papers and projects with the thematic lines according to the theme of this third edition: Designing the future of food.
