The Fork Awards aim to recognize the best Food Design projects from the international community. They aim to contribute to the sedimentation and solidification of this new operating territory – Food Design – and its influence as an element of change in the current food system. In the future, The Fork Organization intends to annually distinguish the best Food Design projects that fit into the organization’s four pillars of action: research & education; gastronomy; industry and food design. The theme of this first edition will be dedicated to the future: Designing Food for Change (#foodchangers) as a contribution to local and global changes in different food systems and communities. A world-recognized jury will evaluate all the projects submitted. The evaluation criteria will be defined shortly in regulation, and all the information about the applications and awards gala.
