FORK proposes the second edition of the “FORK Challenge for Design and Gastronomy Schools”, a challenge to share the results of the Food Design courses education worldwide. Students work on “design for change” as a subject for their projects and the selected ones go to the international final on Jun 18 2023. The schools participating in this edition were: ISIA Roma design, SPD Master of food Design, Eshte master of Food Design ELISAVA undergrad in design Packaging class, Study Abroad Elisava Food Design class, L’Ècole de Design Nantes Atlanticque.
