FORK Challenge 2021-2022

FORK creates the “FORK Challenge for Design Schools”, a challenge to share the results of the Food Design courses education worldwide. Students work on “design for change” as a subject for their projects and the selected ones go to the international final on Jun 18 2022. The schools participating are: ELISAVA, Eshte, and L’Ècole de Design de Nantes. The participation of the three institutions with different programs proposes FORK 13 finalists of the 1st FORK CHALLENGE x design schools 21. The winners are: From the Master in Food Design of l’êcole de Design de Nantes Atlanticqhe: 1st prize Cathelle DENOUE and Li Chengke with “Then from the sea to the sea”, 2nd prize Yusha Xie and Kexin Guo with “DOC”; From the master in Food Design of Eshte, Estoril, Portugal, Càtia Rodriges with “Re.lem.brar”. The jury participating in the final was: Patrizio Cionfoli from Volpi Sutdio, Berta Daina from Agro. Biomaterials, Maria Jose Pires, Paola Sarcina,Chhavi Jatwani and Alessio Di Leo
